The staff there are excellent starting with Jodie in the front office who was extremely knowledgeable and empathetic to my circumstances. The support workers there are all incredible and I learned a lot from each of them and their lived experience. Michelle the facilitator does an amazing job and the work we did has given me many tools which I use today. The schedule and activities were all engaging, there was also down time for me to reflect and relax.
